For rehabilitation professionals to manage patients, create treatment plans, monitor progress, schedule appointments, and communicate through messaging, voice, and video calls. Primary healthcare workers, when appropriately trained, can provide basic rehabilitation services.
Mobile App
For patients to access treatment plans, complete daily activities, view appointments, and communicate with therapists and healthcare workers. Primary healthcare workers can also use the app to manage patients, conduct patient assessments, initiate referrals, and organize follow-up.
Library
An open-access web platform where exercises, education materials, and questionnaires can be accessed, reviewed, and contributed to by the wider rehabilitation community.
